Payment and service policy

The public website does not take payment. The first conversation is free.

Before paid work begins

If Next Move Care accepts a matter, the client receives a written service agreement identifying the service, fee, included work, expected timing, limitations, travel if applicable, authorization requirements, and deliverables. Paid work begins only after the client accepts those terms.

Private-pay services

Next Move Care does not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurance for advocacy and navigation services and does not guarantee reimbursement from an insurer, employer, flexible spending account, or health savings account.

Published service zones

Prepare & Understand begins at $395 for up to 2 hours; Guided Navigation begins at $995 for up to 5 hours; and Priority Advocacy begins at $1,950 for up to 10 hours. The colors used for these zones describe expected work and response priority—not medical severity. The signed agreement controls the final fee and exact scope.

Supported and Community Access rates

A limited number of reduced-rate engagements are available based on financial need and monthly capacity. A brief confidential self-attestation is sufficient; Next Move Care does not require tax returns, bank statements, or medical records to request a reduced rate. Reduced-rate clients receive the same professional standards, privacy, respect, and agreed deliverables as standard-rate clients.

Reduced-rate availability is not guaranteed. When a full package is not financially or operationally possible, Next Move Care may offer a payment plan, smaller focused scope, free education, or official community resources.

Additional work

Work outside the agreed scope is not automatic. Additional calls, meetings, research, travel, or follow-up require a new written scope or the client's written approval of the added fee.

Cancellations and refunds

The service agreement provided before payment states the cancellation, rescheduling, earned-fee, and refund terms that apply to the selected service. No public price or cancellation schedule should be treated as controlling unless it appears in the signed agreement.

Third-party services and referral integrity

Clients remain free to choose any qualified provider, facility, attorney, vendor, or community resource. Next Move Care does not pay or accept compensation in exchange for a referral, does not add a percentage-based referral charge, and does not place an undisclosed markup on a third party's bill.

If a client asks Next Move Care to perform actual research, scheduling, follow-up, or other coordination involving an outside organization, that work must be described and priced in writing before it begins. It is billed only as agreed advocacy or coordination work—not as payment for directing the client to a particular organization. The outside organization bills separately for its own services.
